Background
Mark D’Alessandro’s value to Fourth Wall Capital is his ability to build relationships that create opportunity with property owners, brokers, capital partners, and investors. That’s a skill cultivated across an unconventional career that spans multiple industries, multiple business ventures, and a genuine passion for how real estate investing works at every level.
Mark spent years in sports turf management, eventually reaching Head Golf Course Superintendent at several prominent West Coast courses, including properties that hosted PGA Tour events. From there, he moved into the live event industry, eventually producing world-class events for A-list artists and founding his own live event production company with a partner. That company grew successfully before an eventual exit.
Over an 11-year business career, Mark has helped build companies that earned placement on the Inc. Magazine list of fastest-growing privately held companies, participated in angel-funded ventures, and navigated both growth and exit as an owner. These experiences shaped his understanding of business fundamentals, capital relationships, and what it takes to build something durable.
In real estate, Mark participates across virtually every investment structure: private lending, short-term rentals, LP investments in syndications, full rehabs, and multifamily ownership and management. This breadth keeps him current across the full real estate cycle and gives him a ground-level perspective on where the market is heading.
Mark is currently growing the company culture and long-term strategy at Fourth Wall Capital, an enterprise focused on growth mindsets and team development.
At Fourth Wall Capital, Mark leads deal sourcing and investor relations — finding the opportunities, building the relationships, and connecting aligned investors to the deals we underwrite.
